Rick Roberto is a seasoned leader in community development and banking, with over two decades of experience as a CRA Officer at National Westminster Bank and European American Bank. He also served as the National Community Lending Officer at Citibank, where he led initiatives to expand access to financial services. During his tenure at EAB, Rick successfully developed a $400 million community lending portfolio, driving significant investment in underserved communities.

In addition to his banking career, Rick dedicated more than 10 years as President of Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City, working to promote affordable housing and community revitalization. He has also been an active board member for several nonprofit organizations, including a 15-year tenure with the Coalition for the Homeless in NYC, demonstrating his lifelong commitment to social impact and advocacy.
